The Pennsylvania Oncology Navigation Network (PONN) empowers professionals working in oncology navigation through strategic collaboration, targeted education and evidence-based practice-sharing. We champion navigation services through advocacy and partnerships. Our approach seeks to eliminate systemic barriers, shape effective policy and increase access to comprehensive cancer care across the continuum — from prevention and screening to treatment, survivorship and end-of-life support.

• Share best practices for improving navigation, including patient care, tracking systems, screening tools and evaluation strategies.
• Promote professional development and networking opportunities to enhance navigator effectiveness and career growth.
• Advocate for the essential role of navigation within health care systems and communities, and influence policy that supports navigation and cancer care.
• Encourage engagement with research that advances navigation and improves cancer care outcomes.
